Our church ordered nine of the units. The units were received on-time and all worked fine, but the boxes the TVs were shipped in were thin and poor quality. Multiple boxes were torn, with two torn apart. Tiger Direct should have placed these weak boxes together in a stronger box or two. The good news was that the TV work very well, and the rating would have been the highest if the boxes held together. We are impressed with the JVC TVs.
